The products and ingredients used for the application of eyelash extensions/lash lift may react different from person to person. Adhesive, tapes, glue, lotions, tints and gel patches may cause an allergic reaction in some clients. If the client experiences any discomfort during the treatment, they have to advise the lash artist immediately.
If you wish to have a patch test 1 day prior to your treatment, please let us know.
Blue Moon Lashes accepts no responsibility for any symptoms or conditions that may develop caused by an allergic reaction to certain products.
Please contact Blue Moon Lashes if you currently have any lash extensions on from another salon as we may need to remove existing lashes and reapply a new set. Blue Moon Lashes can also infill on the lashes if they are done up correctly.
Blue Moon Lashes does not take any walk-ins, please book in advance for any eyelash extension services.
During the first 24 hours:
Clients should not get their lash extensions/lifted lashes wet within the first 24 hours of application/treatment.
Clients should not expose their lash extensions/lifted lashes to any steam (shower, sauna) within the first 24 hours of application/treatment.
Clients should not wear mascara on their lash extensions within the first 24 hours of application.
Clients are advised never to use waterproof mascara/eyeliner on or near their eyelash extensions.
Clients should consider that the use of mascara or any other eye make-up containing oil can shorten the duration of their lash extensions.
Clients should not rub their eyes, pull or cut their eyelash extensions which can result in breakage, lash loss or damage to the natural lashes.
Clients should also consider that even with strict adherence to these aftercare instructions, Blue Moon Lashes is unable to guarantee exactly how long their eyelash extensions/lifted lashes will last and that there are many variables, such as individual hair growth cycle, use of cosmetic skin care products and overall care given after application, that can influence the longevity of their lash extensions/lifted lashes.
Appointments will only be considered refills if the client has at least 50% of the eyelash extensions still on. If less, it will be considered a full set and the full price will be charged.
Where the booking is cancelled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours notice, or where a client is a no-show for the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full appointment cost will be charged.
Any promotional prices will be forfeited in case of cancellation within less than 24 hours.
When there is a prize draw:
Participants must follow all the prize draw steps.
Comment Picker will be used to select the winners.
The winners cannot give their discount to others, it is to be used by themselves only.
In case of cancellation within less than 24 hours, the discount will be forfeited.
Discount not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Please note that if your natural lashes are damaged, Blue Moon Lashes may not be able to provide the service required. Blue Moon Lashes try to attend the client expectations, however, if you lashes are not healthy, we will need to use the proper amount and type of lash extensions for you even if they are not as long and full as you want them to be.
If you are unhappy with the service:
Please be advised that Blue Moon Lashes does NOT give refunds for any services. If for any reason you have any issues within 3 days of appointment, please contact Blue Moon Lashes and we will address any concern, free of charge.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you get hold of Blue Moon Lashes in time and that you get written confirmation from us within the time frame to confirm that we are aware of your problem.
Clients that decide to have eyelash extensions removed will be charged $20 for the procedure (except in case of infection/allergic reactions).
